President- Jerre W. Quinn
Mr. Jerre W. Quinn was designated President in 2022. Previously, he served 4 years as Vice President from 2018 to 2021.
Mr. Quinn was born in Greenville, MS. and reared in Saginaw, MI. He holds a BS degree in Finance from Wilberforce University, Wilberforce, OH. He also holds an MBA, with a concentration in Finance, from Baker College, Flint, MI. Mr. Quinn is an Honorary Grand Inspector General, Thirty-third and Last Degree of Masonry, United Supreme Council, 33°, Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, Southern Jurisdiction, Prince Hall Affiliated. He actively supports the Wilberforce University Alumni Association as President of the Indianapolis Chapter, Chairman of the Membership Committee, Board Member, and Platinum Member.
Mr. Quinn is currently the Program Manager, Army Payment Integrity Information Act Program and Program Manager, Army Mass Transportation Benefit Program at the Finance and Accounting Oversight & Field. He was awarded the Department of the Army Commanders Award for Civilian Service.
Mr. Quinn also holds the Department of Defense Financial Management Certification – Level III. He is an outstanding leader with over 32 years of experience in resolving financial management issues for the U. S. Army Financial Management Community. Mr. Quinn retired honorably from the U. S. Army in 2016 with over 26 years of active military service with the rank of Master Sergeant. He has held a multitude of positions within the Army Finance community. In recognition of demonstrating exemplary contribution and service to the U. S. Army Finance Corps Association, he was awarded the Major General Nathan Towson Medallion. His military education includes numerous Non-Commissioned Officer Leadership , Army Financial Management , Army Inspector General and Army Comptrollership courses. He has earned multiple military awards and badges, including the U. S. Army Meritorious Service Medal, 5th Award.
